Our Design Process: From Concept to Completion
Congratulations! You have decided to invest in a luxury kitchen to form the heart of your home.
At Broadway Kitchens, we treat every dream kitchen as unique, with a personalised approach to each customer. Our experience has refined our process, which is straightforward, transparent and designed to make your kitchen renovation as seamless as possible.
Here’s how it works:
- Book Your Free Consultation
Your journey begins with a free consultation. Simply book an appointment with us, either online or by phone. Share your ideas or architect’s plans and tell us what you envision for your kitchen. You are under no obligation at this stage and we will not pressure you for a decision by a certain date – you are in control. - Visit Our Showroom or Book a Home Visit
Next, you are welcome visit our showroom to explore the latest designs, materials, and finishes. If you prefer, we can schedule a home visit. At this time, we’ll conduct a site assessment and take precise measurements of your kitchen space. We’ll discuss your ideas in person and evaluate your space to ensure the design is tailored to your home. - Let’s Design Your Bespoke, Dream Kitchen
Now, it’s time to get creative! Our award-winning designer will use the information from your consultation and site visit to create a custom kitchen just for you. We’ll focus on your specific needs, preferences, and space constraints. We will generate 3D CGI renderings to bring your vision to life and allow you to virtually ‘walk through’ your new kitchen. - Final Design Approvals & Budget Confirmation
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll move to final approvals. We’ll confirm all design details, material selections and finishes, and present you with a clear budget quotation. No surprises – everything is transparent and aligned with your expectations. - Manufacture and Installation
When the design and budget are finalised, our skilled team will begin creating your bespoke kitchen.
From cabinetry to countertops and appliances, we handle every detail. You will be invited to visit our factory where you can see your own kitchen being made.
Our expert project managers will ensure the installation goes smoothly on time, and with minimal disruption to your daily life. We use our own, trusted fitters and tradespeople. We keep dust and disruption down to a minimum, leaving you access to your kitchen at the end of each day where practical. You will be looking at anywhere from one to six weeks until completion, depending on the complexity your project. You will know the expected finish date in advance and will be kept informed of any changes to it. - Final Walkthrough & Finishing Touches
Once your kitchen is fully installed, we’ll do a final handover with you to ensure everything is perfect. We’ll address any last-minute details and ensure your kitchen is fully functional. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and ensure every element is just right. - Enjoy Your New Kitchen!
